Shipping & Processing Policy

At my studio, every piece is handmade with love and care. Because each creation is made-to-order, please allow 5–7 business days for crafting and processing before your order ships. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Before sending any of my paintings, I make sure they are all varnished to protect the piece for the generations to come, and that takes drying time of at least 24-48 hrs before I can start packing.

Shipping Times
Domestic UK Shipping:
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the method you choose at checkout. You’ll be able to select a shipping option that works best for you.

International Shipping:
I ship worldwide wherever global shipping is available! International delivery typically takes 2- 4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing times.
If your country isn’t listed, please message me and we can try to manage it via my Etsy store which is for now put on hold. 

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout on this website. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and may be requested upon delivery.

Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery journey ( not applicable for the Coastal Mail Club - as this is sent as a small letter by Royal mail)

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first, then contact your local post office for assistance.

I’m always happy to help however I can - but please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you ever have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out!
