Social Media makes me very tired and the time just vanishes. This is not a very good thing for an artist and creator.
I was looking for a slower pace of life. Somewhere where I can share my thoughts and studio work, but also somewhere when I can build a true connection with my audience, subscribers, and collectors.
The Open Diary is a Substack page where I share regular studio updates, including images and short form videos.
There is also a paid membership option where paid members receive a monthly, long form article from The Open Diary, including topics close to my heart, thoughts, poetry, philosophy and insights into an artist life.
I make art and I write The Open Diary to calm my mind. To know my deepest thoughts, and to make sense of my busy mind. To look deep inside my soul. The Open Diary of a lost soul, of a realist painter, of a woman, lost in a mans world.
